    E-script delivered

    Send the prescription from your EHR like you would to any pharmacy. We accept controlled and non-controlled medications.

    Pharmacist outreach

    A pharmacist reaches out to the patient — and the prescriber if needed — to confirm the plan and answer any questions.

  3. 3

    Prescription filled and shipped

    We fill the script in our NATIONWIDE PHARMACY and dispatch it via same-day DFW or next-day continental U.S. delivery.

    Tracking information shared

    Patients receive tracking details. Providers and attorneys can request status anytime.

    LOP requested

    We coordinate the Letter of Protection with the patient's attorney as part of the standard workflow — not as a follow-up email.

  6. 6

    Invoice to case manager

    When the case is ready, the invoice and supporting documentation are generated and sent to the case manager.
